About Us
We are a group of ICC Pastry Arts graduates from 2019 partnering with Bakers Against Racism to put together a box of internationally inspired cookies for donation. For "Bake the Holidays Better," we will be offering cookie boxes to support City Harvest from Dec 5-22nd. Orders are open until 12:00 AM ET on December 17th and will be picked up/delivered from December 19th-22nd.
These aren't your average holiday cookies. The recipes are completely our own and come from our Cookie Games days. The International Culinary Center hosted an annual Cookie Games competition where students were challenged to develop recipes representing any country. It's a tradition we were thrilled to participate in. At the time, we didn't know 2019 would be the last class to compete.
Our school may be closing its doors by the end of this year, but we're coming together to celebrate our memories at ICC and represent #TeamPastry one more time.
